LostKeys or security devices

Tenants are liable to the actual costof replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss resultsin locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock andreplacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keyswill be charged to the tenant.





Variation or changes to anexisting tenancy agreement : £50 (inc. VAT) per change.

Early Termination as requestedby Tenant
